Monday Meditation Series

Resting in our natural minds we regenerate our souls and move more comfortably through these tumultuous times. Join this twice-monthly meditation series to learn more about natural meditation and to receive structure and support for your own spiritual journey. We meet via Zoom on the first and third Mondays of the month.
Silent meditation (15 min); a few words, poetry or music for reflection (5-10 min); more silence (20 min); followed by a brief facilitated group conversation. Open to beginners and experienced meditators. It is highly recommended to experiment with several sessions in order to deepen your experience.
Cheryl is a lifelong explorer of spiritual traditions, contemplative practice, and the arts. She integrates meditative practice with the world of the senses, Mother Nature, and action in the wider world. She aspires to transmit her commitment to compassionate, conscious, and joyful presence. Cheryl is a lawyer, composer, astrologer, teacher, Buddhist, and public speaker.
